The work was high quality and warrantied. In the industry for 30+ years, they walked me through multiple options including repair, and tiers of new garage door installations. When I reached out to the company about a garage door spring replacement, Steven gave me a great price and offered to do the job same day. When I asked if we could schedule the work for the following morning, he a gave me a time frame that worked best for me. He showed up on time, with the right part, and did the job efficiently. 5 out of 5 starsI highly recommend Mr. Steven Cox for garage door services. He is very responsive. I initiated contact to him four times and every time he responded within in 15 minutes. This is a very important factor to consider when I hire a contractor. He is also very knowledgeable and pay attention to details. He always explain things clearly and thoroughly. He is the only contractor told me that I need a different top sectional panel when shopping garage doors due to the height of my garage. Other contractors failed to recognize this. He would do extra work around garage door installation to make customer happy. When he replacing my doors, he also replaced track, torsion, and decoration seal. Although the decoration seal is not part of the scope, but he is willing to replace it just to make home owner happy. He explains warranties clearly, so homeowner has knowledge when unfortunate happens. He is not the cheapest bidder, but he is a competitive bidder on the low cost side. What I learned when looking for contractor, is that do not go with the lowest bid. Quality work cannot be the cheapest. Cheapest bidder will not produce quality work for the long run. He is willing to match towards the lower side of the competitor with a reasonable price and extra work. His job is thorough and excellent. I am a picky person, but I can hardly find any issue with his work. I will stay with him for any future garage door and opener related jobs. See more See less

5 out of 5 starsI was unfortunately in need of a new garage door as a van driver carelessly (and accidentally) floored their vehicle in reverse and sent a wooden two car garage door off its track which then landed on my husband's antique car. I was also very shook up, but Steven from Go To Garage Doors saved the day! I was very fortunate to find him as he practically held my hand through this ordeal to ensure I would have a garage door very quickly. He and his brother Joseph worked magic to find me one that is stylish and they painted it to match the trim of my house. They went above and beyond what probably any other garage door company would have done. Thank you also goes to their parents long history in the industry as I had to deal with some challenging issues in regard to details too long and upsetting to go into!
